Ucall software is a Microsoft Windows-based call accounting package that can run as a stand-alone system or in conjunction with CAIRS OSS. Ucall collects real-time SMDR data from the switch on a call-collection station in the switch-room. Through the base network, call records are sent to a server or to a billing station for billing and processing.
