The CAIRS OSS Enterprise provides an enterprise view of multiple sites with a network foot-print. The application purpose is to empower enterprise network managers with the ability to analyze the performance and management of network assets.

Based on Windows 2003 Server architecture, the CAIRS platform is highly scalable to meet administration needs for smaller networks containing a few switching systems, or large networks containing a host of switching systems scattered around the continent.
