The WEB Work Order Interface (WWOI) module incorporates your customer’s requests directly into the CAIRS work order system. For both work orders and trouble tickets, customers use the WWOI which resides on your intranet to request new voice and data services (add, delete, move, change, etc…). As the work orders moves through the completion process, customers can use the WWOI to check the progression of their request. The WWOI eliminates unnecessary work order and trouble ticket paper traffic and empowers your site with better customer service. WWOI can be configured to only allow points of contact or telephone
control officers (POC, TCO’s) to issue work order and trouble
ticket requests. User’s names and passwords are e-mail directly
to the POC/TCO from WWOI. As POC/TCO change and are updated in CAIRS
database, CAIRS sends the changes to WWOI for new user names
and passwords to be issued. The WWOI eliminates unnecessary work order
and trouble ticket paper traffic and empowers your site with better
customer service. |
