The UCALL software is a relational database that consists of three
seamless parts: Call Record Collection, Call Formatting & Pricing,
and UCALL Reporting.Call Record Collection and Initial Pricing
UCALL PC connects to an IO port on the switch with an RS-2 cable.
The switch sends the SMDR to the collection PC. Based on the ID String,
calls are analyzed and compared against a list of 256 different match
patterns. Calls are then compared against standard V&H rate tables,
AT&T rate tables, and U S International Tariffs.

UCALL Reporting
You will use the UCALL graphic user interface creates bills and reports
based on user definable preferences. With UCALL , you can create a
variety of predefined bills and reports, for example, authorization
code (PIN Numbers), organizations—commands and sub organizations—department
and individuals.
Special Billing Options
UCALL provides a variety of billing options to help you satisfy all
of your specific billing requirements, for example, flexible Zone Billing,
billing by authorization code— (PIN#), organization, or user,
recurring charges for one, or all organizations.
