The Ucall software is a Microsoft Windows based call accounting package
that can run as a stand-alone system or in conjunction with CAIRS
OSS. Ucall collects SMDR data real time from the switch on a call
collection station in the switch room. Through the base network, call
records are sent to a server or a billing station for billing and processing.
Ucall can import call data from a vendor provided media like the “MCI Perspective”. The system can manage, flat rate billing,
and multiple rate tables for call pricing. Ucall provides several
options to report on call data. Among them is the TCO e-mail billing
feature. Ucall generates call data reports separated by TCO, and
e-mail all of the TCO bills simultaneously. Ucall can generate reports
