SMDR Collection & Processing

Another powerful software utility included with the Ucall software is UCE. Unique Collectors Edition (UCE) is a Microsoft Windows based SMDR collection utility. UCE collects real time SMDR data from the switch/PBX via com port or LAN connection. As UCE collects the collects the SMDR, the call records are formatted for the Ucall database. In the SMDR call formatting process, the Ucall administrator can determine which type of call records will be collect for call billing in Ucall. To provide back up redundancy, UCE saves the last 30 days of raw data into a local folder on the call collection PC. UCE is configured and maintaned by the Unique Communications technical support staff. Other then turning on the PC and starting the UCE software Unique Communications takes care of the rest of the data collection concrens!
