The UCL Merge software is included with the Ucall software package.
As the Unique Collectors Edition (UCE) collects SMDR data from the switch/PBX
real time, the data is stored into a file on the call collection PC.
UCL Merge is a call data distribution and organization tool. It's function
is to send the call data automatically to the Ucall server and or
billing station (call data is organized in to files that contain 24
hours of call data -071203.acx -call data for, July 12, 2005), and simultaneously
creates a back up of the call data to a server or a users specified
location. UCL Merge provides a covenant method to automatically organize
call data by day and send call data across the network to a server or
a billing station. In addition to organizing the call data into .ACX
files, UCL Merge can separate the costed calls and no-costed calls into
separate .ACX files. Because UCL Merge organizes the call data into
daily and costed verses non-costed .ACX files, importing the correct
call data into the active Ucall call database for billing and accounting
is painless. With UCL Merge built-in automatic call data formatting,
distribution and storage functionality, the Ucall users have several
less call data responsibilities to worry about!
