The ENRoute CFS Mapping component includes a seamless interface to the Call Receipt and Service Management components. The mapping component also includes point-to-point routing and a virtually unlimited number of map database layers (fire stations, hospitals, etc). Other mapping features include:

Map display manipulation, including zoom in/out, point-to-point routing, printing, map location attribute control, location plotting, etc.

Locate an address on the map based on operator input (via address or X/Y coordinate).

Identify a location based on common name attributes via the Service Management module (i.e., City Hall, Company Name).

Unlimited map data layering capabilities, including streets, water mains, fire hydrants, fire stations, railroads, hospitals, schools, police stations, and other facility and/or infrastructure information.

Locate destination address on ENRoute 911 CFS map display based on operator input.

Calculate and display recommended route from start point to end destination.

Display place/location names and other information for various map features including streets, highways, hospitals, etc.

Ability to zoom to route function by displaying entire route from present location to destination.

Easy to use interface with client application software requiring minimum user training and attention while performing the tasks.

Functional controls are clearly labeled and designed emergency response/emergency management.
