CAIRS Voice (formerly known as CAIRS Auto Attendant and Morale Call Manager) is a robust voice communication solution designed to streamline morale calls, directory assistance, and interactive voice menus across your organization.

With support for unlimited menu levels, CAIRS Voice gives you full control over voice prompts—each of which can:

  • Initiate a morale call

  • Transfer to another number

  • Lead to a sub-menu

  • Offer directory assistance

Users can easily navigate the system with built-in options to repeat menus, return to the previous menu, or go back to the main menu, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.

Built as an enterprise-level VoIP system, CAIRS Voice enables centralized management of multiple remote sites. It’s compatible with Analog, Digital, and SIP telephone switches, making it a flexible solution for various telephony infrastructures.

Thanks to integrated Text-to-Speech (TTS) technology, CAIRS Voice automatically generates voice prompts—no manual recordings required.
