Unique Communications Demonstrates Multi-Vendor NG9-1-1 Interoperability with CAIRS9-1-1 Across NIWC Laboratories

CAIRS9-1-1 successfully completed end-to-end NG9-1-1 testing at both NIWC Atlantic in Charleston, South Carolina, sponsored by the U.S. Marines, with Cisco and Motorola, and NIWC Pacific, sponsored by the U.S. Navy, with Avaya and MicroAutomation. The testing validated the complete NG9-1-1 call flow, including call origination, caller location, standards-based routing, and delivery to the receiving PSAP, demonstrating CAIRS9-1-1’s reliable interoperability across multiple vendors and NG9-1-1 environments.
